    I know in the contract they're allowed some margin for room sizes, but don't remember what the margin is. I think 3%. If you're beyond that, not sure how that would work, would there have to be an adjustment to purchase price accordingly?

    My purchase agreement has a clause about not signing the PDI, the builder can either sign on my behalf or reclaim property without refund of deposit. I suspect that most would have such a clause, so not sure if NOT signing the PDI will be a great idea, although it seems to have worked for some.

    Was there this weekend (sorry, no photos). Definitely saw some 4th floor walls coming up. There were a bunch of cars parked, looks like either the top floors of Phase 1 are picking finishes, or potentially a buyer for the last 3 or 4 units (last I spoke to the rep was 3 weeks ago).

    I drive by this area often. The brown glass is interesting, it sometimes seems very dark/grayish because of utter lack of anything in the near vicinity (but crappy roads), but as a first step, this is great. Hope more will be built along both Sheppard and Allen.
