I'm in the Green Tower so my move-in is a year+ away. But I'm following the Blue Towers developments closely.

I know in the contract they're allowed some margin for room sizes, but don't remember what the margin is. I think 3%. If you're beyond that, not sure how that would work, would there have to be an adjustment to purchase price accordingly?

My purchase agreement has a clause about not signing the PDI, the builder can either sign on my behalf or reclaim property without refund of deposit. I suspect that most would have such a clause, so not sure if NOT signing the PDI will be a great idea, although it seems to have worked for some.

The standard is that anything purchased through the builder (regardless of whether it's standard sample, upgrade or extra), as long as it was purchased through builder, has to be covered by Tarion. Got my delay letter today. I'm in Phase 2, 27th floor. We've been pushed back to Dec 18th so far. Seems like Tower 1 is moving in in Feb (another small delay)?

Was there this weekend (sorry, no photos). Definitely saw some 4th floor walls coming up. There were a bunch of cars parked, looks like either the top floors of Phase 1 are picking finishes, or potentially a buyer for the last 3 or 4 units (last I spoke to the rep was 3 weeks ago).

I drive by this area often. The brown glass is interesting, it sometimes seems very dark/grayish because of utter lack of anything in the near vicinity (but crappy roads), but as a first step, this is great. Hope more will be built along both Sheppard and Allen.

Just drove by today, it seems like top two floors of windows left to do, with some random windows missing on some lower floors.
