The two separate towers are beginning to form up.

The driveway entrance to the Menke/Proctor&Gamble building has now been closed off and the road between that building and the Hullmark site has now been opened and connected to Bales Ave. The Menke/Proctor&Gamble driveway now connects to that road via an entrance on the building's north side.

The sales office at Yonge and Avondale has Flo Condo signage up and a wooden construction fence with some signs is up around 9 and 15 Bales Avenue.

In addition to being on my way to work, I remember going to Toronto Trek conventions at the Regal Constellation. The parking garage in the back has been demolished as has about half of one of the smaller wings behind the West Tower. Here's a picture of the garage and later the building...
