It's been awhile since this thread was active, but I was wondering if anybody living at the Fuse condos (1 or 2) could give an update on how they feel about the area after having lived there for some time now. Also, are the train tracks super loud? Thanks! -tbd neighbour

Sold to the owners of 1011 Lansdowne.... is that a good thing? Because I'm not getting the impression that this is good news unless I'm missing something here. Btw, I've been trying to find ppl who bought into the Fuse condos and wondering how they find the area, if the area started changing?
