Question: do you think losing your view will affect the selling price of your condo? I'd be curious to hear opinions on this, especially from real estate agents.
It totally sucks but it would be egocentric to think that M5V didn't make the life miserable for SOHO residents the last 3.5 years. Bisha will make out lives miserable and destroy our view. Then Bisha will have some of their North view destroyed and our East view by the future condo going up on...
Bisha will start construction next year is what I was told. You should go to the model suite and ask the staff. The proximity to M5V is within reason even though it sucks for us. If you live in Toronto don't expect a view. Just as M5V blocked the view from Soho. Check out the building Charlie...
We had the same idea about renting the spot to somebody who works downtown so we could use the spot on evenings/weekends for friends and family. They said we can NOT rent the spots to non-residents. I think this is an issue that needs to be discussed further with M5V, as I own the spot and see...

Anyone have this issue yet...
We are moving in on Monday July 19 so i called ROGERS to have my cable and internet moved to the building. ROGERS said that M5V won't be able to get cable or internet until Aug 19 as the building is not ready yet. I find this hard to believe? Does anyone have these...
I agree that Lifetime has changed several elements that made people excited to live at M5V. Let's see if the do the right thing with the street front gate.
If you are interested in giving your opinion on an M5V suite (1 bedroom + den) please see this thread: http://urbantoronto.ca/showthread.php?17305-Opinions-on-M5V-Suite-748-sq-ft-1-Bedroom-Den
They look like permanent glass doors to me. The same ones i see on most condos (ex. The Morgan). I would doubt they are temporary because of moving in appliances. Usually appliances/equipment are moved in through loading docks and temporary elevators that are externally used for...
