they're actually framing the 24th floor right now, so only 6 more to go before the roof! 2 to 3 months extra sounds good to me too (crossing fingers).

Anyone know what the status is on the construction? Driving by last time it looked like they were still digging, or doing foundation work. Occupancy is supposed to be fall 2009 so wondering how much further it may get pushed back.

Anyone know exactly where these condos are being built? Is it another phase of the Tides and ilofts or another site?
