Hmm...I'll check with Hydro regarding the accounth number .....So do we just show up to the sales office in the morningto get our keys..You know what's strange..they're booking the elevators from 9:00am but they do not open the office unti 10:00 am..or at least that's what they told me...A bit...

Your occupancy fees will be provided by your lawyer prior to your move. Mine are $1053 / one bedroom. they depend on the value of your unit. The more expensive the unit the more you will pay...but it won't be 600 for sure...lol..that would be amaazing...

Ouch...yeah it is a lot...it so doesn't make sense that we have to rent our own condo, but nothing we can do about it...I just hope they finish those amenities soon and we all get to enjoy what we're paying for when it comes to maintenance fees...

Your occupancy charges will be almost as much as your mortgage...It does depend on your unit size..I have a 1 bedroom and it's $1,053. Maintenance fees seem to be a full amount ..over $250 ! ...I think this is as they call it "common expense ". Yeah what can we do..Still excited to finally...

6 months of interim occupancy charges..That's B.S. ! and we have to pay for Maintenance fees...robbery... but that's the way it is.....Just got these lovely news...I guess 6 months is the worse case scenario...let's all hope :-)

I second that Flyers. It is totally unfair to be paying for amenities we can not use for next few months. I think we're gonna be lucky if they are finished by July...hope there is not a year delay ;-)

Hydro Form is wrong. You can download the correct form from the Hydro website... I wonder how flexible people will be to share the elevator times on the initial move -in date. My movers will not confirm the time until 24 hours prior to the date..ouchhh

Same Here...Move in Package received..& moving on Feb 29. I just spoke to the Property Manager and they prefer you move in on your designated occupancy date ...so I'm thinking as of that day you can start sleeping there :)
