Thanks for the pics. Its nice to see how its coming along. Hopefully they are on track for september. Can anyone in phase 1 say anything about their experience so far with the building? How is it going so far?

Why do you spend your time thinking about this build? Why have you been coming back to this message board for the past couple of years if you dislike it so much? It's kind of weird.

I'm on the 4th. I vaguely remember seeing the phase 1 website when phase 1 was picking theirs and I'm pretty sure it is the same choices they were given. I had four packages to pick from. I had the choice to make an appointment and go in and pick or you can pick from the pictures and send in a form.

That sounds really good! I am in phase 2, I actually got my call to pick colour package yesterday. Are you extending your offer to phase two-ers as well?

It's my understanding that for the condo to be registered all the suites have to be occupied, for that to happen all the suites have to be sold. If you look on mls they are still advertising units in Phase 1 and have been for months now! I'm wondering what happens if they don't sell or they take...

The noise from the railroad was one of my biggest concerns when I purchased. Is it loud enough to hear in your apartment even with the windows closed??? How is Standard Lofts as a building? Is it clean? Free of bedbugs, etc? Seems like most buildings have them.

The way things are sounding on here are a bit worrying to me. Dos anyone know what the status is on Fuse phase 2? Because if they are stalled on that it could be another sign that things aren't going so great with this developer. The way I understood it, they were supposed to have been moving...
