    But I think in this high rate of bank interest charges, getting mortgage could be so hard to the buyers and even affording mortgage payments to them is gonna be harder, so finishing this building 2-3 years later is helpful for the buyers to see lower interest charges show up.

    I think normally is months before closing dates, so now this building is gonna finish at Q1-2027 , so that means Assignment will be sometime in 2026, maybe I'm wrong.

    but I know some of builders informed the customers that they will delay, for example NO.31 Parliament Condo from Q2-2025 switched to Q1-2027
