This probably has zero to do with the working group and is more about economics. Developers do pretty much anything they want. I'm curious as to how they will manage to not disrupt the Yonge subway line during construction.

So according to a notice posted in our complex all the new design does is knock a few floors off one tower. Same boxy oversized podium etc. In other word its a giant Murano. What a mess.

Ummm...so Lanterra is saying that their own developments Murano and Burano, which are two short blocks away are crap? Pretty much ;-)

Yet another ugly building by Lanterra, no doubt same facing as their other buildings on Bay st.
