I worked with Freed , they cut corners , they only care about thr bottom line -pocketbook, I feel bad for so many homeowners who are getting screwed over by Freed right now , I mean the Oakleys great couple, they have not been able to use their upper deck for 2 yrs and still have no occupancy...
