Hi All, I found out that the condo i purchased is going to register a lot ealier then i had planned for (which is good) however i have not had too much time to consider my morgage options thoroughly. This is my first piece of real estate and the first time I am leaving momma's house...

I did notice the blue light at the top of that city place building looked great, however the light truned off around 2am ish not sure why.....

I heard there is a 75+ storey building going up at DVP and york street

I would add a kitchen island

Its a nice layout, only problem i see is the lack of closet space. Make sure you get a storgae bed.

I also heard that the feature wall separting the condo from the townhomes on the Eastside will have lights behind it. Curious to see how that turns out, should be a nice touch.
