I had the same problem with my fan, except I wasn't able to fix the issue by simply switching to "AUTO". In my case, resetting the unit from the inside (Cityzen did this) was the solution. The tiles in the shower stall were replaced. Also, today they upgraded the ceiling in the East Tower lobby.....now it's covered with white wallpaper with black/grey flower patterns. Looks good to me. The hot tub is in the pool (on the east side). On a different note, is anyone having...- Alberich
