Some of your posts for Metro Place are super helpful. The above quote you listed for closing fees. Just wanted to get clarification from you, so our down payments build interests. And you stated in the end you paid just above $ 3000 for the final closing costs. So basically its x - 1294 (interest made) = $3000 approx??
