I received a notice from them about two to three months ago. They said that my 'confirmed' occupancy date was March 15, 2010. I'm out of the country and will time my return to make that date. I'll be getting in touch with them early in the new year for an update and will report anything I hear to urbantoronto. Cheers

Hi... I noticed your posting to the urbantoronto site about an April 2010 move in date for the project at 500 St Clair West. Can you tell me how you know that? I bought on one of the lower floors and the latest I have had from them -- delivered last November -- is that I would move in December 2009. Thanks for sharing any information you might have.
