Hello CG

I just thought I would take a moment and touch base with you to get your views "from the ground". How are things going? Is there still just as much interest in the areas you follow.

I am also curious about your views on the Ritz. I have heard indirectly that they are not selling all that well now that it is ready. 2 elevators, no opening windows, and no outdoor space I think is problematic.

What about Trump? 4S I gather is good and I know that at SL they have bumped prices even further though I am wondering if the developer may be throwing in some additional upgrades in the price?

What happened with MLS? I read some of the thread a while back and you were suggesting that there were very few hitting the market. How is it renting?

Finally, do you still find that the prices are justified and do you think they are going to continue to rise?
