For goodness sake your looking at a sketch, pic, whatever and have no idea of what the final product will look like:rolleyes:
A rendering gives a pretty good idea of what a building will look like and what materials will be used. If you can't make an assessment based on a rendering, that doesn't mean others aren't able to.

The only thing I'm wondering about on that design are heavier datum lines, or cornices, or whatever you want to call them, every four or five floors. I'm not sure they're necessary at all, but if they are, why not keep a consistent number of floors between them?

Otherwise, it's not that busy. It's got the E Condos signature wrap on the balconies, and then quite simple sections of flat windows, shifted twice, and finally a stepback at the top. Take away the datum lines and you have a fairly simple building.

Yes i understand and you're right sMT... i'm no specialist that can pinpoint all the flaws on a proposed development before it gets off the ground, i usually leave that to the architects and professionals

What's with the odd step back at the penthouse level? Is there a view cone here?

I'm getting tired of offset balcony blocks as well. It doesn't make the designs more interesting or daring. It just makes them busy.
