Jesus, I thought for sure that was a rendering I was looking at!

There's something about the precision of the details and the quality/composition of the glass (especially the balconies) that makes photos of this building look like renderings. It's fascinating; I've noticed it with many of its photos.

OMG I can't wait to get home and see the site without the hoarding. It has been way too long a time coming. Thanks for the update.

More from today. They still aren’t finished the sidewalks completely so it may still be a while before all the scaffolding is taken away and the sidewalks fully opened.

I'm sure it's just the photo, but if that's how the building signage looks in person, I say leave it as is.

of course the scaffolding would come down on this the day before the groundbreaking on the project across the street. Endless construction continues..

I think Aqua is architecturally much more impressive, specifically up close. But One Bloor is the better looking building.
