The King East: Comparisons were primarily about the towers. Street level comments were more observations Walked by One Bloor East earlier this evening and more street-level was visible. Some nice glass curves and details on Yonge, so will likely be better than I expected. Still not a huge fan of the bulkiness of first seven stories, but yes, should reserve judgement until it's complete.

So the chequered balcony effect is slowly being replaced by the ‘white blinds’ effect... great.
Joking aside, it looks like the units have the same white roller shades, which is good for consistencies sake. Moderate protection measures for one of the most aesthetically pleasing buildings in the city.
