Surprised to see a mention of condominiums on that website. Interested to see what approach the owner will take in marketing a condo at Jane and Finch
 
Proximity to the Finch West LRT is the only selling point I can think of.
 
That too. I guess you can also include the subway since it would be a 10-15 minute bus ride to Pioneer Village station.

Nice to see some development in that area. It's certainly gotten better in recent years. Will be interesting to see what final price point will be and if it actually moves ahead.
