I still wish this thing was a condo. I was so tempted to buy into this project, and seeing it progress makes me wish I still had a chance to :(
 
There will be retail in the ground floor of the mansion. Probably a good place for a restaurant…

I passed by here today. Wonder how they'll tie in the brick on the tower portion with the brick on the mansion.
 
Haha! The main floor of the mansion won't fit anything near the size of a chain drug store!

Might make be a nice Starbucks location.

Out of curiosity, what would the rationale be for starting the cladding on the 5th floor? Anyone know?
