Indeed for level 6 units ... furthermore, I understand even less the appeal of a condo unit that looks out onto the underside of Gardiner (for units on levels 2-5)
Since there is no '4th floor' in the building that is correct. However it actually is the 7th floor Facing Directly.

good place to flash at traffic and cause accidents.
you have to wonder how being so close to a highway affects the values of these units.
I lived on the 30th floor next to the Gardiner and it was still very loud and the pollution still collects on every surface even at that height.
