Weston Common features—

• West 22, a 30-storey, 370-unit rental apartment building with seven at-grade townhouses and a 1,200 m² outdoor community open space at 22 John Street in the Toronto suburb of Weston.
• a 794 m² Creative Cultural Hub by Artscape with 26 live/work units at the adjacent 33 King Street.
• 70 new TPA parking spaces on the lands municipally known as 14 John Street.

Parking for the development at 22 John Street will be provided in an underutilized parking garage space at 33 King Street. In addition, 3 897 m² of vacant ground floor space at 33 King Street is to be converted to a self-storage facility.
