Designed by Graziani and Corraza Architects, TAO’s classic facade will rise 7 storeys and feature

expansive terraces on both the north and south sides.

Every unit features high, 9’ ceilings and ultra modern kitchens, including luxurious granite or corian

counter tops, under mount sinks and stainless steel Energy Star appliances. Bathrooms at TAO will

include distinctive designer vanity cabinets, and rain-style shower heads for the ultimate in soothing

relaxation. Suites at TAO range in size from one bedroom, 500 square foot designs right up to optional

three bedroom designs of 1,250 square feet. TAO will also have exquisite two level, two or three

bedroom suites from 1350 – 1800 square feet, with spacious outdoor terraces and many with airy

cathedral ceilings.

TAO will prove to be an oasis from the hustle and bustle of life on nearby Yonge Street. And yet, the

energy of the city remains within easy reach, with stunning views of the downtown skyline available

from many of TAO’s choice suites.

The tranquility of TAO extends beyond your front door, with the German Mills Creek, a wonderful

natural ravine with a walking trail winding through it, providing an ideal location for a morning jog or a

simple walk to enjoy the natural surroundings.

Living at TAO also makes it easy to get out and about, with all the major highways in close proximity,

including Highways 407, 404 and 400. And, when you don’t want to stray too far from home, everything

you need, including shops and services, is located in the plaza just across the street, on the west side of

Bayview Avenue.

that will open out onto the ravine complemented by a private dining room that can seat up to twelve

people, creating a perfect venue for entertaining and viewing nature. A residents’ lounge, private

entertainment room and pet spa complete the world class amenities while TAO’s grounds will feature

landscaped gardens and a retreat area.

Like all of SigNature’s communities, green living and environmental sustainability were core, guiding

beliefs in the design of TAO. As a result, all suites at TAO will include green features, including

Energy Star appliances, programmable thermostats and low water consumption bathroom fixtures

TO NAME JUST A FEW. Additionally, a bicycle storage area and outdoor bicycle rack will encourage

alternative transportation, while occupancy sensors in selected areas will reduce unnecessary electricity

consumption.
