The two towers have a total of 1.1 million sq. ft. of gross residential floor area. The north tower has 51 floors with 658 high-rise units. The south tower has 45 floors with 540 high-rise units and 12 town home units. The total unit count is 1,200.
The north tower is sold and construction commenced in Fall 2003 with registration occurring in Spring 2006. Phase II was launched in October 2004 to much fanfare. With record breaking sales velocity, the building's 540 suites and 12 townhomes have been sold out. Construction commenced in Spring 2005 on Phase II and occupancy began in November 2007. Phase II is one of the first developments in Toronto where people are actually moving in on their prescribed occupancy date on their original Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Usually, high rise projects are delayed for a year or even longer past their original occupancy. Canderel Stoneridge was committed to a strict construction schedule and in turn, this has made for a very happy client base.
