Redevelopment of 1968-opened Global House 18-storey office building at Dundas Street West and University Avenue by Amexon Development Corporation.

Existing office tower will have its lower floors completely altered by a new podium with a tree motif, while the upper floors will be re-clad in a mixture of curtain wall and window wall. Offices will be retained. Above the offices 37 new storeys of condominium residences to be called The Icon will be added. Architecture of the original building is by WZMH Architects. Alterations and additions by Core Architects.
