Panda Condominiums is a proposed 30-storey residential condominium tower by Lifetime Developments, containing 572 units. Approximately 9,000 square metres of non-residential space is also planned, comprised of retail space—on the below grade concourse level, the ground level, and the second floors—and office uses on the third floor.
