65 George is a 17-storey condominium project proposed for the east side of Downtown Toronto in the city's Old Town of York area. Core Architects has designed the 71.7 metre-high building for York London Holdings. Each floor from the second to the seventeenth has only one suite each. 187 King Street East is part of the assembly, built about 1880 as the Little York Hotel. It will be left intact, with some parts of 65 George cantilevered over it.
