Proposed redevelopment of a largely vacant and underutilized brownfield site for an urban employment campus featuring a wide range of employment uses (three new buildings). Adaptive re-use of a historic building—the former City waste transfer station known as the Symes Road Incinerator. The Symesbridge Inc. project is designed by Jedd Jones Architect. An event venue and brewery will occupy the 1933-built structure.
